MyTown33 Slot Review
— Its Register Button Goes Elsewhere

Desk research, checked 21 August 2026: built from the raw HTML source of the brand’s own published pages, the images in its footer, the licensor’s own website, the Curaçao regulator’s public register, and twelve consecutive resolutions of the site’s own sign-up link. We did not register an account, deposit, or request a withdrawal, so nothing below is a first-hand test result.

Type “mytown33” into Google from a Malaysian connection and you land on mytown33.org, which redirects to mytown33login.com. That page carries the MyTown33 logo, a bank of promotional banners, and a big Register button.

We followed that Register button twelve times. It did not reach MyTown33 once.

Verdict: 2/10. Watchlist, not blacklist. We found no verified case of MyTown33 refusing to pay a specific named player, and we do not allege one. What we did find is that the website Malaysian searchers actually land on does not appear to run a MyTown33 casino at all — it routes sign-ups to three other operators, displays the seal of a licensor that shut down in 2024, publishes two different deposit minimums and three different welcome bonuses on the same day, and carries an article warning readers off MyTown33 directly above its own Register button.

We clicked Register twelve times. None of them went to MyTown33.

Every Register button and every promotional banner on both pages we opened points at the same third-party link: clickylinks.net/recO9abIqRK620Bkr. It is not a gambling lobby. It is a redirect, and it does not resolve to the same place twice.

We resolved it twelve consecutive times on 21 August 2026, each as a fresh first-time visit from a Malaysian mobile browser signature. Every one passed through the link shortener shortslink.org and landed on a registration form. Here is where they landed:

Each landed on that domain’s /member/registration page — a live sign-up form, not a holding page.

Three unrelated Malaysian casino brands, each with its own name, its own site and its own sign-up form. An even three-way rotation. Not one of the twelve reached anything called MyTown33.

One more detail sits in the redirect page’s own metadata. Its og:description is not “MyTown33” — on all twelve fetches it read “1BET2U”, and the page embeds a reference to a registration URL at 1bet2umy.net. We are not going to tell you who owns the link manager on that basis; what the metadata shows is that the thing standing between a MyTown33 search and a casino account is branded for somebody else entirely.

This matters more than any bonus percentage on the page. If you search MyTown33, land on the site Google gives you, and press the button it puts in front of you, the account you open is at a different casino than the one you went looking for — and which one depends on the moment you click. Nothing on the page says so.

What is MyTown33?

MyTown33 is marketed as a Malaysia-facing online gambling brand offering slots, live dealer tables, sportsbook and 4D lottery, with no downloadable app and play through a mobile browser.

What we can actually describe is the website, because that is all the brand puts in public. mytown33.org canonicalises to mytown33login.com, a WordPress 6.9.4 marketing site running Google Site Kit 1.175.0. Both pages we read were published 19 January 2026 and last modified 27 January 2026. Its navigation is Home, Live Casino, Slot, Sports, 4D Lottery, Promotion, Blog, Register.

Read that list again for what is missing: no Terms and Conditions, no About, no Contact, no Responsible Gambling page. For a business asking for your bank details, those are not optional extras. And as the section above establishes, the nav item that does exist — Register — does not lead to this brand.

The licence seal belongs to a licensor that closed in 2024

The footer carries a heading in Bahasa Malaysia — LESEN PERMAINAN (“gaming licence”) — and under it a single image. Not text. Not a number. Not a link. The image has no alt text at all.

We downloaded it. It is the Gaming Curaçao logo.

Gaming Curaçao was a master-licence holder that issued sub-licences to online casinos under Curaçao master licence 365/JAZ. Its website is still online. The entire page reads:

GAMING CURACAO HAS CEASED OPERATIONS ON AUGUST 18TH 2024. ON THIS DATE ALL ACTIVE SUB-LICENSES ISSUED BY GAMING CURACAO UNDER GAMING SERVICES PROVIDER N.V. 365/JAZ WILL EXPIRE AND ALL SEALS RENDERED INACTIVE. ANY ATTEMPT TO DISPLAY ACTIVE SEALS OR CONVEY AN EXTENSION OF EITHER THE SUB-LICENSE OR MASTER LICENSE WILL BE CONSIDERED FRAUDULENT AND ILLEGAL.

That is the licensor’s own published position, in its own words, and it has been sitting there since August 2024. The MyTown33 pages carrying its seal under a “gaming licence” heading were published in January 2026 — seventeen months after the notice went up.

We are not in a position to say who put the image there or why, and we make no allegation about anyone’s intent. The verifiable facts are these three, and a reader can weigh them without our help: the licensor closed in August 2024; it says displaying its seals afterwards is fraudulent and illegal; the seal is on the page today, over the word “lesen”.

This is the second Malaysia-facing brand in a week on which we have found a dead Gaming Curaçao seal, and the comparison is worth drawing. SpinCity99 at least publishes a claim you can test: its footer names a company and the master licence number #1168/JAZ, and checking that number is what shows the licence is dead. MyTown33 publishes the same defunct licensor’s logo with no number at all — which is worse in a specific way, because there is nothing for a reader to check and therefore nothing to catch.

What it is not is a licence you can check. There is no number, so there is nothing to look up. Curaçao’s regulator — now the Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA), successor to the Gaming Control Board — publishes a free public register at cga.cw, and its online gaming licence registry was last updated 20 August 2026. Worth knowing before you go looking: that register lists companies, by licence number, company type and registration number. It has no brand column and no website column. Since MyTown33 names no company anywhere on its pages, there is literally nothing to type into it. That is the problem in one sentence — a brand with a real licence hands you the number; this one hands you a picture of a logo whose owner shut down two years ago.

Payments: the site disagrees with itself

Both pages we opened carry the same sidebar cashier widget. They do not carry the same numbers.

Same widget. Same site. Same day. Two different deposit minimums.

We are not asserting which is correct. We are reporting that the brand publishes both simultaneously and reconciles them nowhere — because there is no terms page in which to reconcile them. The practical consequence for a Malaysian player is that no published figure is a promise: whatever the cashier shows on the day is what applies, and you have no document to point at afterwards.

Note the second column too. On the promotion page’s own figures you can get money in at RM5 but cannot get money out until you hold RM30 — six times your minimum entry. Deposit minimums are advertised loudly; withdrawal minimums are the ones that decide whether a small player ever sees a payout. Payment methods appear only as a logo strip image. The homepage article mentions DuitNow, Touch ’n Go, FPX and “even cryptocurrency options”; none of it is confirmed in a terms document, because there is not one. Bonus terms: three welcome rates, no rollover figure

Read on the same day, on the same domain:

The header ticker also publishes a 365-day 7% rebate and a 25% daily bonus. The promotion page instead lists “Daily Rebates”, “Loyalty Points” and a “Sports Weekly Bonus”, with no percentages at all.

More important than any of the conflicting rates is what is absent: the operator publishes no wagering requirement anywhere. The promotion page praises its own “transparency of the terms” and calls the conditions “reasonable and achievable” — in a paragraph that does not state a single rollover multiple.

Here is why that matters, using the 20× figure the affiliate pages attribute to this brand. Take a RM100 deposit with a 70% bonus: you hold RM170, and 20× turnover on the combined balance is RM3,400 of wagering before withdrawal — thirty-four times your own money. Take the same RM100 at 150%: you hold RM250, and 20× is RM5,000, or fifty times your deposit. The bigger the headline percentage, the more you have to churn. Neither the rollover multiple nor the basis it applies to is published by MyTown33, which is precisely the problem. The site that publishes a warning about itself

We searched Malaysian forums, Threads and complaint boards for MyTown33 non-payment reports and found no verifiable individual case. That is why this is a watchlist entry and not a blacklist entry.

The complaint we did find is published by the brand’s own most visible domain. Its homepage carries an article titled “Mytown33 Online Casino Malaysia: A Player’s Cautionary Tale”, about a 34-year-old from Johor Bahru named Hazim who lost RM200 after a system crash during a jackpot spin. Quoting the page: support went silent, “Seven messages. Still silence”, and “other Telegram users began sharing similar experiences. Withdrawals pending for days. Customer service completely offline.” It states that “after ten days with no response, Hazim gave up” and that “Mytown33 never clarified what happened.” The article then recommends two competitor brands by name and links them.

The same domain’s promotion page, published two minutes later the same morning, is a first-person testimonial calling the platform reliable and its terms transparent. Its own homepage FAQ, meanwhile, answers “How do withdrawals work on Mytown33?” with: “Note: Based on recent player reports, withdrawal reliability may be inconsistent.”

Taken alone, that pattern has two readings: an operator publishing auto-generated content nobody proof-reads, or a site that is not the operator’s at all. The Register-button test answered it. A site that sends every sign-up to JM8, 12Joker and 711kelab is not running a MyTown33 casino and is not competing with those brands — it is selling them traffic. Read that way, an article that warns readers off MyTown33 and points them at other operators is not a mistake on the page. It is the page working as intended.

Either way the position for a Malaysian player is the same, and it is worse than a reader would guess from the page: the site you research is not run by anyone accountable for the money you deposit, and the button on it does not take you where the branding says.

The infrastructure it shares with JQK

Two independent technical details tie this site to a network we have documented before.

The first is images. Every image on mytown33login.com — including the Gaming Curaçao seal itself — is served from Cloudflare Images account hash P9OFiVM18PAr1SvRwzgU7w. Cloudflare gives each account a fixed hash in the delivery URL. That is the identical account hash we documented across the JQK network in our JQK review, where it appears on five JQK domains and inside two supposedly independent “review” sites.

The second is the funnel. MyTown33’s sign-up link passes through shortslink.org — one of the same shorteners JQK’s product links route through, recorded in that review before we had ever opened a MyTown33 page.

Two supposedly unrelated Malaysian casino brands running their image library out of one Cloudflare account and their sign-up traffic through one shortener is not a coincidence. It proves shared infrastructure, not shared legal ownership, and we are careful to claim only the former. But it does mean that if you have read our JQK review, you have already met whoever built this page. We followed the account outwards afterwards and found fourteen sites on it, carrying about a dozen brand names — including one that MyTown33’s own article links as a “responsible gaming” resource, which turns out to be a JM8 sign-up page. Update, 24 August 2026: the funnel is not unique to this brand either. Reviewing Gardenia888, we found betgardenia888.com running the identical pattern — thirty-seven calls to action all pointing at a single clickylinks.net address, resolving across twenty-five attempts to the same three casinos, JM8, 12Joker and 711kelab, and to Gardenia888 not once. Its tracking slug differs from this one, so the two pages are accounted for separately, but twelve of its image files are the identical file served here, the dead Gaming Curaçao seal included.

Verdict and rating rationale — 2/10

The score is 2 rather than 0 because we found nothing proving MyTown33 has cheated a specific player, and we are not going to imply it from infrastructure findings. It is not higher because there is no version of this a careful reader should be comfortable with: an unnamed operator, a seal from a defunct licensor, no binding terms, contradictory cashier figures, and a Register button that leads to somebody else’s casino. If you are going to play, play somewhere that publishes terms you can hold it to, and whose sign-up button lands on the brand you clicked.

If you have already deposited and cannot withdraw

Treat it as a scam matter rather than a customer-service matter, and do these in order.

1. Check which brand actually holds your account first. If you registered through this site’s Register button, your account is probably not at MyTown33. The name on your cashier page is who you are chasing.
2. Call the National Scam Response Centre on 997. The two government listings currently disagree on its hours — the NFCC’s own NSRC page states 8.00am–8.00pm daily, while the malaysia.gov.my portal listing says 24 hours. Your bank’s own 24-hour fraud hotline genuinely does run around the clock and is the right first call outside office hours; the NFCC page advises the same. The window to freeze a transfer is measured in hours.
3. Lodge a police report within 24 hours anyway. Calling 997 does not replace it. The NFCC’s own FAQ is explicit: without a police report, follow-up action cannot be carried out.
4. Check any payee account at Semak Mule before you ever transfer. A personal bank account rather than a company account is the single loudest red flag in Malaysian online gambling.

Understand your legal position too. Under the Common Gaming Houses Act 1953 and the Betting Act 1953, online gambling is not legal for Malaysian players, and there is no local regulator to appeal to for a payout dispute. There is no Malaysian ombudsman for this. That is exactly why an offshore licence you can verify on a public register is worth something, and a picture of a logo is worth nothing.
