Gempak99 Review 2026
— A Partner Logo Where the Licence Should Be

Desk research, 9 October 2026. We read the Gempak99 lobby and the other sites that use the name, followed their sign-up links and searched the Anjouan, Curaçao and PAGCOR records. We did not register, deposit or withdraw. Older findings carry their own dates. Our methodology.

Verdict: 2/10, not recommended. Gempak99 is a free-credit casino brand for Malaysian players. Its game lobby, gempak99.site, shows no licence: the footer box for one, “LESEN PERMAINAN”, holds a Squeen668 Group logo, and no regulator’s register lists Gempak99.

The lobby promises cash-outs “Tanpa LIMIT” (without limit) but caps them on two of its game lists, and a site using its name signs players up at another casino. We have no verified case of Gempak99 refusing to pay a player and do not allege one, so it is on our watchlist, not our blacklist. It scored 3/10 before this check.

Which Gempak99 site is the real one?

Several websites use the name. On 9 October 2026:

Check the address bar against this table before signing up, and run our six checks before registering. This page is about the casino sites, not the Gempak entertainment portal at gempak.com.

The lobby advertises slots, live casino, sports betting and fishing games from JILI, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JDB, Spadegaming, 918Kiss, Pussy888, Mega H5 and V-Power. Those are advertisements: we did not confirm that any game is playable on a Gempak99 account.

No licence: a Squeen668 logo in its place

The lobby names no regulator, no licence number and no company. Its footer box headed “LESEN PERMAINAN” (gaming licence) holds one unlinked image: the logo of Squeen668 Group, a casino group, not a regulator. Our Dadu44 review found the same logo in the same box on the Dadu44 lobby. The “PENSIJILAN” (certification) box shows iovation, BMM, iTech Labs, TST and GoDaddy badges with no certificate numbers; none of them is a gambling regulator (what a licence actually does).

The only licence claims under the name are on gempak99.me, the site that signs players up at RMCUCI: a PAGCOR badge, and a footer claiming a licence from a “Malaysian Digital Entertainment Authority” and naming “Gempak99 Digital Entertainment Sdn. Bhd.” as operator. Malaysia issues no online casino licence, and we found no public body by that name. (We did not check the company name with SSM.) The lobby’s code also holds licence sentences for other brands on the same software, LuckyBetAsia and 4D GANG; that is shared platform text, not a Gempak99 claim.

“Cash out without limit”, then a limit

The lobby’s logo carries the tagline “Cuci Tanpa LIMIT” (cash out without limit), and its search description repeats it. Yet on 9 October 2026 its own notes above two game lists set caps: “MAX CUCI: RM6,888” above the BT Gaming list (also set for its ADVANTPLAY and LFC event games) and “MAX CUCI: DEPOSIT AMOUNT X100” above one Pragmatic Play list. We cannot tell which rule the cashier applies. Screenshot the note above any game list before you play.

Bonuses: amounts without terms

On 9 October 2026 the lobby’s promotion page showed amounts but no terms to a visitor who had not signed up: RM6 for registering, RM3 a day (“Free Credit 365 Hari”), RM3 for the app, a RM10 share bonus, welcome bonuses of 50% to 70%, “NO TURNOVER” bonuses of 20% to 40%, and top-up offers worth RM1 to RM20. Without the turnover target, allowed games and cash-out cap, none of them can be valued.

The publisher gempak999.com advertises different headlines, such as “Free Credit RM10 & RM5”, “Daily Free Credit RM8.88” and “Welcome Bonus 150% + 150 Free Spins”. They do not match the lobby and are marketing, not terms.

The last terms we could read were on gempak99.org on 11 August 2026, now offline. The daily slot credit was RM3 (the page title said RM5) with RM50 turnover; the “event game” credit was RM5 (title: RM10), limited to Mega H5 and V-Power, with RM500 turnover. Deposits and withdrawals

The lobby’s minimum deposit is RM1: its ticker, wallet panel and several cashier routes (“MIN RM1”) agree, though some routes set higher minimums. Its minimum withdrawal was RM19 on 9 October; on 5 October the same panel had shown RM10 and RM50. Other sites give other rules (9 October 2026):

None of these is a measured payout time, and we could not establish that one company runs all these sites. The cashier lists online banking, FPX, e-wallets including Touch ’n Go and DuitNow, reload PINs and USDT. Touch ’n Go’s own user terms (clause 2.2(a)) prohibit gambling; our e-wallet guide covers the limits. Before paying anyone, check the account at Semak Mule: a clean result is not proof of safety, and a personal-name account for a “company” deposit is a red flag.

What a player would not notice

• A printed password. Sign-up runs through WhatsApp: you send “Join Gempak99”, then log in with your WhatsApp number and the password 000000, printed on the lobby’s own page, and change it afterwards.
• Scripted reviews. The lobby’s 19 “player reviews” come from a fixed list in its own code, and 14 of the headlines match the Siti88 lobby’s word for word.
• Sideloaded apps. The app is an Android .apk file from udroid.app, outside Google Play’s review; a mirror site can serve a different file.
• Unsourced claims. gempak99.me shows “Player Satisfaction 99.8%” and “Best Casino Platform Malaysia Gaming Awards 2024” with no source.

The group and the lookalike

Gempak99 belongs to a declared partner ring. Its ticker calls it “Trusted Syarikat Group Cuci”, its own partnership page lists ten brands, among them Waja33, and the partner pages of the MrLucky88 and Bila2Cuci lobbies list Gempak99 in turn. Its lobby runs on the same rented platform as Siti88 and RMCUCI. None of this proves common ownership. It does mean the logo in Gempak99’s licence box belongs to a group of brands that recommend each other, not to anyone who answers for them.

gempak999.net is different. Its images come from the Cloudflare account behind our casino doorway network investigation, and its 50 sign-up links (six of them malformed) all point to one tracking address. In ten fresh tries that address reached 711kelab seven times, JM8 twice and 12Joker once. Nothing shows Gempak99 runs this site; it trades on the name. If you signed up through it and your account is at one of those brands, that is why.

Why 2 out of 10

We rank a casino only when a regulator’s own register confirms its licence; a brand whose licence cannot be confirmed scores 2 or 3. Gempak99 gets 2 because the missing licence comes with red flags: a casino group’s logo in the licence box, a cash-out promise its own game notes contradict, and sites in its name that sign players up elsewhere. It is not lower because we hold no evidence that it has cheated a player. Our blacklist and watchlist explains the two tiers.

If you have deposited and cannot withdraw

1. Check which brand holds your account. Sign-ups through gempak99.me are at RMCUCI; through gempak999.net, possibly at 711kelab, JM8 or 12Joker. The Gempak99 lobby is gempak99.site.
2. If you suspect fraud, call your bank and the NSRC on 997 immediately, then lodge a police report anyway. Calling 997 does not replace it. Report older incidents too; recovery is not guaranteed. Official listings differ on 997’s hours: the National Anti-Financial Crime Centre says 8am to 8pm daily, malaysia.gov.my says 24 hours. If you cannot get through, use your bank’s 24-hour fraud line.
3. Keep records: the site address, payee name, receipts, balance, withdrawal request, promotion tile and every message.
