B9casino Review 2026 – What B9’s Own Pages Say
B9casino (written B9Casino on its own site) is a Malaysia-facing online casino brand. Its Malaysian site, b9myr9.com, offers sports and eSports betting, live casino, slots, fishing and arcade games and 4D; a sister site, b9casinos.com, serves Singapore. Earlier versions of this review described B9 as a technology innovator with AI game recommendations, blockchain verification, augmented-reality previews and voice betting. When we re-checked B9’s own pages on 29 September 2026, none of those features appeared anywhere on its site, so we have removed them.
This review checks what B9 publishes: its promotions and their terms, its general terms, FAQ, VIP, privacy and KYC pages and its footer, plus its licence claim against the regulator’s public register. How we work: our methodology.
B9casino Overview: Licence and Operator
B9casino’s own site says it is licensed by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan (Union of Comoros) under licence no. ALSI-202410011-FI1, and its footer also shows a PAGCOR logo without naming a PAGCOR licence. Anjouan’s official licence register, checked on 28 September 2026, lists ALSI-202410011-FI1 under Twocent Technology Limited for bc.game and 17 other domains, none of them B9casino’s, and no B9 domain appears anywhere in the register’s 1,526 entries. We could not confirm that B9casino holds a gaming licence. When we checked the register again on 29 September 2026, that entry was listed as expiring on 1 October 2026. B9’s site names no operating company anywhere. It publishes no founding year either; a current B9 promotion celebrates “B9’s 15th anniversary”.
B9’s footer also shows test-lab badges (BMM, eCOGRA, iTech Labs, GLI) as plain images with no link to any certificate, and its general terms, read on 29 September 2026, name no company, no governing law and no dispute or complaints procedure.

B9’s promotions page also lists a free MYR 9, credited automatically once you verify your account, with “no deposit required”. If you place a bet before depositing, the credit needs 5x turnover (MYR 45), the minimum withdrawal is MYR 50 and the most you can withdraw is MYR 100; anything above that is forfeited. If you deposit before betting, the terms become 1x turnover, a MYR 30 minimum withdrawal and no cap. Whichever you do first fixes the terms for good. One inconsistency: a pop-up on B9’s homepage, seen on 29 September 2026, advertises a free MYR 9 “For new member only” with “Require first deposit to claim”, while the only new-member MYR 9 offer on its promotions page says “no deposit required”.

This section used to describe an AI game-recommendation engine, blockchain verification of withdrawals and game results, a progressive web app, voice-activated betting, augmented-reality previews, an AI bankroll advisor and fingerprint or Face ID login. On 29 September 2026 we searched every B9 page we could reach, its promotions list and its mobile version for each of them.

On fairness, B9’s FAQ says only that its games are “regularly audited and tested for fairness by independent authorities”, without naming an auditor or linking a certificate.

B9’s general terms say the bank account name must match the name on your B9 account, and that deposits made without a bonus still need 1x turnover before you can withdraw.

B9’s contact page lists 24/7 live chat and one email address, support@b9casinos.com, where it promises a reply within 24 hours; its FAQ names the same two channels. We found no WhatsApp support line: on B9’s site, WhatsApp appears only as a way to receive verification codes, a referral-sharing button and an unlinked footer icon. B9 mentions no AI chatbot.
The site itself is available in English and Chinese; B9 does not say which languages its support team covers.

B9’s privacy policy says it does not share personal information with third parties for marketing, but may share data with “trusted third parties, such as gaming software providers” to deliver its services or meet legal obligations. The policy names no company responsible for your data, and B9’s site names no operator at all.
Final Verdict
B9casino’s own pages describe a conventional Malaysia-facing casino: sports, live casino, slots, fishing, arcade and 4D from named studios, local payment options plus crypto, and bonus terms published in more detail than many. None of the AI, blockchain, AR or voice features this review used to praise appears on its site.
The problem is the licence. B9 cites Anjouan licence ALSI-202410011-FI1, but Anjouan’s register lists that number under Twocent Technology Limited for bc.game and 17 other domains, none of them B9’s, and on 29 September 2026 it showed that entry expiring on 1 October 2026. B9 names no operating company, and its test-lab and PAGCOR badges link to nothing. If a withdrawal is refused, there is no confirmed regulator to take it to.
Until B9 names its operator and a register lists one of its domains, we would not deposit here.
